1. What this is
Pay For Nothing is a parody entertainment project. You pay money and receive, by design, nothing of monetary value. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Payments are voluntary
Every payment is a voluntary contribution in support of the creators. No physical or digital goods or services are delivered in exchange. Payments are processed by PayPal; PayPal's own terms apply to the transaction itself. We never see or store your card or PayPal credentials.
3. In-game items have no value
XP, levels, coins, titles, cosmetics, badges and any other in-app reward have no monetary value, are non-transferable, cannot be sold or exchanged, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any equivalent. They may be modified, reset or removed at any time.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian, to make a payment. Only spend what you can comfortably afford to lose.
5. Your account and conduct
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. Do not upload unlawful, hateful or infringing content to your profile or chat, and do not attempt to abuse, automate, exploit or disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate any account that breaks these rules, without refund where the law allows.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
