Who we are
This page is maintained by the operators of Pay For Nothing and explains what personal data the site collects and why.
What we collect
- Account data — your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google shares (name, avatar).
- Profile and gameplay data — username, avatar, XP, levels, coins, achievements, missions, guilds and activity you create on the site.
- Payment records — the amount, currency, timestamp, status and PayPal order/transaction identifiers for each contribution.
- Consent records — your acceptance of the payment terms, with timestamp and terms version, kept as proof of informed consent.
What we never collect
We never receive or store your card number, bank details or PayPal password. Checkout happens entirely on PayPal's systems.
Why we use it
To run your account, show leaderboards and public profiles, process and reconcile contributions, prevent abuse and fraud, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the site: PayPal (payment processing) and our hosting and database provider. We do not sell your personal data or share it with advertisers.
What is public
Your username, avatar, level, achievements and guild membership are visible to other players. Your email address and the payment amounts tied to your account are not shown publicly.
Cookies
We use only the storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Retention and your rights
Account and gameplay data is kept while your account exists. Payment and consent records are kept as long as required for accounting and dispute handling. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing support@payfn.online. Deleting your account removes your profile and gameplay data; financial records are retained where the law requires.
Security and contact
Data is stored in a managed database with row-level access rules so users can only read their own private records. To report a security issue, or for any privacy question, email support@payfn.online. See also our Terms of Service.
